Gordon Brown backs Marcus Rashford’s call for free school meals extension

Former Prime Minister Gordon Brown has called on Boris Johnson to extend free school meals over the holidays.

The comments came as campaigner and footballer Marcus Rashford said the government should extend free school meals over the holidays.

Mr Brown said he did not accept the government’s response to Mr Rashford.
